The Touch Screen Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester utilizes an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed ARM processor, providing intuitive display, user-friendly human-machine interaction, and easy operation. It offers fast computing speed, extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data trend line reports.

Product Introduction

1.The main body is made of high-quality cast iron, cast in one piece, and treated with automotive paint process, resulting in a sleek and elegant appearance.

2.Equipped with temperature measurement function and digital temperature measurement circuit for long-term stable and reliable operation.

3.It has automatic correction functions for cylindrical and spherical surfaces, with corresponding prompts.

4.Maximum and minimum hardness values can be set, and an alarm sound is issued when the test value exceeds the set range.

5.It features software hardness value correction, allowing direct correction of hardness values within a certain range.

6.Database functionality automatically saves test data into groups, with each group capable of storing 10 sets of data, accommodating over 2000 sets of data.

7.It displays hardness value trend lines, offering visual representation of hardness value changes.

8.The database automatically records parameters such as scale, test force, hardness value, and temperature.

9.The number of test points per group can be freely set within the range of 1 to 10 points.

10.The system automatically calculates maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation for the hardness values in each group.

11.Convenient control system that can automatically convert the entire hardness scale units.

12.Equipped with a wireless Bluetooth printer and can output data through RS232 and USB (optional) ports.

13.Includes an independent small lighting lamp, convenient for user operations in poor lighting conditions.

14.Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.

1.Regular Rockwell:

①Measuring Rockwell hardness of black metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials.

②Measuring Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as hard alloys, carburized steels, quenched steels, surface-quenched steels, hardened cast irons, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, malleable cast irons, mild steels, tempered steels, annealed steels, and bearings.

2.Surface Rockwell:

①Measuring the hardness of surface-quenched steels, copper, aluminum alloy sheets, steel strips, hard alloy steels, galvanized, chromium-plated, and tin-plated metals.

②Testing various metal materials subjected to surface heat treatment and chemical surface treatment.

3.Plastic Rockwell:

①Measuring the hardness of plastics, composite materials, and various friction materials.

②Testing the hardness of soft metals and non-metallic soft materials.
