I, Product Introduction

TMHR-150SX Rockwell hardness standard machine is a new generation of Rockwell hardness standard machine with international advanced level; Mainly suitable for the use of standard Rockwell hardness block verification, Rockwell hardness measurement value transfer.

The standard machine has the characteristics of high automation, high precision, good stability, etc., and fully meets the index requirements of the Rockwell hardness standard machine in China and the United States.

• Rockwell A ~ K scale;
• Automatic closed-loop load control, one-key operation, automatic loading, automatic unloading and indentation depth measurement;
• Automatic application of initial test force and main test force, automatic removal of main test force;
• The maximum allowable deviation of the initial test force is less than ±0.2%, and the maximum allowable deviation of the total test force is less than ±0.1%;
• The resolution of the indentation depth measurement system is 0.1μm, and the maximum allowable error is less than ±0.2μm;
• It can be set and controlled strictly during each period of time during loading and unloading.
• The uncertainty of test time is less than 0.5 seconds;
• The Angle error of diamond compression head Angle is less than ± 0.1
• Diameter error of ball indenter is less than 2 microns;
• Password protection setting parameters;
• The measurement data U disk is saved in EXCEL format for easy editing and processing;
• Can be upgraded to computer control system;
• Force calibration accessories are included for test force calibration of various dynamometers.
